At Downside we try to
offer days and evenings, depending on the event, in
which children and adults can learn not just about riding
but general care and maintenance of horses and ponies
in a fun and professional environment.
In the school holidays we have teddy bears picnics available
for children aged 4-8 years and pony days for children
aged 8 years and above. They have lessons on the yard,
riding and a quiz. For the adults we run stable management
evenings.
